We will first meet at our Annapolis studio for a brief discussion and tips for photographing birds and wildlife. We’ll then carpool to the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge on Maryland’s Eastern Shore (about a 90 minute drive – volunteer drivers will be needed). Blackwater NWR is recognized as a “Wetland of International Importance”, and has an abundance of water fowl and other wildlife. We’ll also plan to eat lunch at a local restaurant (probably Old Salty’s on Hoopers Island).
